1. We guarantee that we will always be on time. If, for any reason, we are not on time, then we will happily refund you £5 for every 5 minutes that we are late. If we are over 60 minutes late, then you will receive a full refund.
2. We guarantee that our drivers will always be professional, courteous and polite. You will never be treated in a disrespectful or offhand manner. If you have any cause for complaint, then you will be offered up to £100 off your next trip.
3. We guarantee that we will always offer you great value-for-money. We would never claim to be the cheapest minibus company around, but our prices will always be fair and sensible and we strongly believe that they will always reflect our company ethos: to treat you, the customer, so well, that you will actually WANT to come back to us time and time again. If you genuinely feel that the service that we have offered you has not been great value-for-money, then we would be delighted to offer you up to £100 off your next trip.
