All customer records are private, confidential and secure. We will strictly never pass your details onto any third parties.
Our site database contains customer information from enquiries. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like to remove your details from our Customer Database, or have any questions about our data policies please email: info@dazbus.co.uk

Credit Card Information: We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Cookies: Cookies are pieces of data your web browser stores on your hard drive. We may use cookies so we can recognise you when you pay a repeat visit to our website. Most browsers accept cookies. However, if you wish, you can usually set them to refuse cookies. We do not use cookies to gather any personal information.
Aggregate Information: We collect aggregate information on visits made to our pages. This information helps us improve the content of our site. We also track which websites refer visitors to us.
We collect e-mail addresses voluntarily provided, to enable us to email offers, special promotions and general updates.
About Children: For their protection, we ask that children do not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Dazbus Terms and Conditions of Minibus Hire
Please carefully read the following points for our terms and conditions when hiring one or more of our minibuses on a chauffeur-driven private hire basis:
1. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by you, the customer, the following shall apply:
a) If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the date of travel, then the full amount will be payable. An invoice for any outstanding balance will be sent to you, with the full invoice amount payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
b) If the booking is cancelled within a calendar month of the date of travel, but more than 7 days in advance of the date of travel, then 50% of the full amount will be payable. An invoice for any outstanding balance will be sent to you, with the full invoice amount payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
c) If the booking is cancelled within 3 calendar months of the date of travel, but more than 1 calendar month in advance of the date of travel, then 25% of the full amount will be payable. An invoice for any outstanding balance will be sent to you, with the full invoice amount payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
d) If the booking is cancelled within 6 calendar months of the date of travel, but more than 3 calendar months in advance of the date of travel, then an administration fee of £10 will be levied. An invoice for the administration fee will be sent to you, with the full invoice amount payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
e) If the booking is cancelled more than 6 months in advance of the date of travel, then no monies will need to be paid, and no fees will be levied. Your contract with Dazbus is thus deemed to be null and void.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Dazbus, and no other alternatives are found which are acceptable to you, the customer, then you will be offered a full refund of any monies already paid to Dazbus, plus £20 in compensation.
2. Dazbus Policy on Waiting Time: Waiting time is charged at £15 per half hour and £30 per hour, with the first 15 minutes being given as grace, and therefore free of charge. Please note that the minimum charge for waiting time is £15. For purposes of clarification, if you have booked the minibus to pick you up at 12 midnight, then your 15 minutes of grace ends at precisely 12:15am. If you board the minibus at any time between 12:16am and 12:45am, then a waiting time charge of £15 will be levied. If you board the minibus at any time between 12:46am and 1:15am, then a waiting time charge of £30 will be levied. An invoice for the waiting time charge will be sent to you, with the full invoice amount payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
3. Soiling and Damages Charge: If one of the passengers is sick on the bus, or wilful damage is caused to the vehicle, then you agree to pay a soiling and damages charge of £80. This will either be collected on the night, or an invoice for £80 will be sent to you, with the full amount payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
By making a booking with Dazbus, at the agreed price quoted in any correspondence with the company and its employees, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Legal Statement
